100th Day of School

On January 23rd our class celebrated the 100th day of school. This special day included a surprise visit from Zero the Hero. If you haven't heard, Zero the Hero brought us a treat and left a poem every 10th day of school about how much he loves the number 0. On the 100th day, he brought us donuts and said good-bye to us!

After our visit from Zero the Hero we had fun with activities that revolved around 100. We rolled dice, did puzzles, flipped coins, used a balance to compare the weight of classroom objects to 100 pennies, and made patterns with 100 pattern blocks.

We loved celebrating the 100th day as 100 year olds! We are looking forward to 80 more wonderful days!
